Founder
With many years of experience in social work and community development, Ramesh Rao founded Motherhome Welfare Society with a vision to empower women, care for neglected elderly, and make the world a greener place. As Executive Director, Ramesh Rao leads the organization’s strategic direction and ensures that all programs align with its mission.
Ramya Devi
Program Manager
Ramya Devi oversees all of our women empowerment programs, working closely with the women in our communities to offer skill development workshops and support. Ramya Devi is passionate about helping women gain independence and build a better future for themselves and their families.
